We collect account and institutional data, academic and financial records you choose to manage on Tapestree, and standard usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use data

Data is used solely to deliver and improve the Tapestree platform — processing admissions, payments, registration, and records on behalf of your institution. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), stored with tenant isolation, and backed up daily. See our Security & Compliance page for details.

Your rights
