Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Tapestree, your institution agrees to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.
Use of the service
Tapestree grants institutions a non-exclusive licence to use the platform for managing academic and administrative operations, subject to your subscription and applicable law.
Subscriptions & payments
Access is provided on a per-student annual licence, with optional transaction commissions and services as described on our Pricing page. Fees and terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Data & responsibilities
Your institution remains the owner and controller of the data it manages on Tapestree. We act as a processor and handle data in line with our Privacy Policy and the NDPR.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability and will give reasonable notice of material changes to the service or these terms.
